Lil Romeo chooses Basketball over Acting!

Master P’s little boy, Lil Romeo (wait, does he still go by “Lil”????), has reportedly turned down an opportunity to be the star of an upcoming film, so he can stick %100 of his time to College Basketball.

Starting this fall, Romeo will be attending the University of Southern California (USC).

According to some sources, the film, entitled “Sweetwater”, is a biopic about the first every African-American to be signed to the NBA.

But Romeo has passed up the opportunity, since USC Basketball regulations are for him to remain eligible for every game.

The company that will be behind the film, Sunset Pictures, say that they look forward to working with Romeo after he graduates in 2012.

I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally give him kudo’s for even GOING to college, considering the steps that he grew up in. I mean by age 10 or something, the boy already had more money in the bank than my 2nd grade teacher…

  1. I respect the Miller family. I think that Master P has really matured and is an inspiration to all to get on his level. I think that Master P has seen all sides of this business where he struggled to get to the top. He was on top of his game and everybody wanted him. He also witnessed the downfall. This entertainment business is evolving and there is always someone new to replace you. Romeo made the best choice to go to college. Don’t be like Bow Wow, right now you better than him. You should take Bow and Solja Boy with you.
